Welcome
to my 127th SIGNAL BATTALION at CAMP CASEY KOREA web site. Camp Casey is located
in the city of Dongducheon (formerly Tongduchon), Korea.
Historically, Camp Casey was the home of the U.S. Army 7th Infantry Division.
In 1971, the 7ID returned stateside, and Camp Casey became home to units of
the 2nd Infantry Division.
The battalion grounds once occupied by the 127th Signal Battalion has for
many years been home to the 1/15th Field Artillery. See CPT Ayers' photos
to see what the battalion area looks like now, more than 32 years later.
The main theme of this site is "Our tour of duty with the 127th Signal
Battalion during the 1960's", but there are photos taken as early as
1955 and as late as 1998.
In addition to the Photos section; there is a Links page, a Map that shows
the location of Camp Casey, and an Author's page with some info about myself.
Enjoy your visit, and thanks for stopping by!
